In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register an account and use the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet this age requirement. 92r1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.
You are responsible for determining whether it is lawful for you to access and use the Platform in your country or territory of residence. You must not register or use the Platform if doing so is prohibited under the laws applicable to you. 92r1 does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where such access is expressly prohibited.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering and must keep that information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account. Providing false registration information — including false names, addresses or dates of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
To access the Services, you must complete the registration process on 92r1.cam. During registration you will be required to provide personal details including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and a secure password of your choice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any other Account access details with any third party. 92r1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 92r1 support immediately at [email protected]. Upon notification, 92r1 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.
92r1 operates KYC procedures in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) and identity verification requirements. You may be required to complete KYC verification before withdrawing funds, accessing certain features, or at any point during your use of the Platform at 92r1's discretion.

You must submit only genuine, unaltered documents. Submitting falsified, edited or otherwise misleading documentation constitutes fraud, will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. 92r1 will never request sensitive documents via unverified email, social media channels or third-party messaging applications.
Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. 92r1 reserves the right to withhold funds until verification is complete where there are reasonable grounds to suspect identity fraud, age misrepresentation, or AML concerns.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted and listed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of the transaction. The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual references for users. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without prior notice and depends on the cashier configuration at the time. All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game category. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform at the time of wagering.
92r1 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; odds have been published in error; or there are reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the relevant event.
Where odds or game results are published due to a technical error, system malfunction or manifest human error, 92r1 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected settlement outcomes. Players will be notified of material corrections.
Live and pre-match cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral Test and ODI series — are subject to settlement rules published in the Platform's sports betting terms. In-play odds are updated in real time; accepted in-play bets are binding at the odds accepted at the moment of confirmation.
All slots, table games and instant win products use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the relevant game studio and are illustrative long-term statistical averages, not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
92r1 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentive programmes. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus wagering is active, and expiry periods.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular patterns of play, collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or any other practice determined by 92r1 to constitute bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension or closure.
92r1 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively participating, their accrued progress towards wagering requirements will be honoured where technically feasible.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Violation of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where warranted.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, data feeds, text and design elements — is the intellectual property of 92r1 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 92r1.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92r1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, lost profits, loss of data, or any other intangible losses.
92r1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Planned maintenance periods, technical outages and third-party service disruptions (including payment provider downtime) do not constitute grounds for compensation claims.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified Balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method, subject to applicable KYC clearance and standard processing timeframes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92r1 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with Platform support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
Pakistan-based players acknowledge that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation. 92r1 does not claim to be licensed, authorised or regulated by any Pakistani government authority, the PTA or the State Bank of Pakistan. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
